Ark Restoration is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Ball, GA

We are a fast-growing company in the business of helping people, businesses and agencies recover when the unthinkable happens – disasters such as fire, flood, or water damage, and everything in between. Our customers suddenly find themselves in chaotic, stressful situations, and we step in with compassion, expertise, and integrity to get things back on track as quickly as possible. We are a team of independent restoration professionals, family owned and operated. We are rapidly growing and are currently taking applications for a Construction Project Manager.

Our employees have an exciting and customer-focused job where no two days are ever the same. Our professionals work hard as a team to address water, smoke, fire, mold, trauma, and other types of damage to homes and businesses using state of the art techniques, equipment and software. We are a full-service company, and restore these properties back to their pre-loss condition.

The ideal candidate will enjoy physical labor, have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team, and be 100% reliable and accountable. In general, our employees provide quality solutions to our customers on a daily basis to restore their home after one of the following type of losses occur:

Water Damage - extraction, demolition, drying

Fire/Smoke Damage - board up, structure cleaning, contents cleaning & pack out/pack back

Storm Damage - board up, tree removal, emergency tarp placement

Mold Remediation

Trauma/Biohazard Cleanup

Job duties would include, but are not limited to the following:

  • On-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment
  • Coordinate project completion with homeowner and insurance carriers
  • Maintain job documentation throughout project
  • Maintain ongoing communication with vendors and sub-contractors
  • Monitor budgeting on repair jobs
  • Coordinate required inspections
  • Pull permits as needed
  • Assist with all restoration service offered

Minimum qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Ability to use hand tools
  • Ability to lead people
  • Self-starter, goal oriented and organized
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, no DUI’s
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed

Preferred qualifications but not required:

  • Experience in disaster restoration
  • Prior experience as a Restoration Technician, Project Manager, or Operations manager, Including knowledge of the construction industry
  • Experience with Xactimate Estimating software
  • Experience as liaison with Insurance Carriers working through mitigation projects, estimates, and invoicing
  • IICRC certifications
  • Salary commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
